Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with the implementation and coordination of the BPC cycle, including timely documentation submission and stakeholder follow-ups.
  • •Provide scheduling and coordination support for seamless execution of BPC events.
  • •Stay current on employee life cycle events to ensure key processes aren’t missed and support the Head of P&C in administering life cycle processes.
  • •Liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure effectiveness of PCX.
  • •Provide cross-charge administration for RSC and Field and coordinate execution of RSC and Field development programmes.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field (preferred: Honours Degree).
  • •Minimum 2 years Generalist HR experience.
  • •Exposure to Employee Relations matters.
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • •Strong organizational ability to multi-task, with comfort navigating change and learning quickly.
