Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce, managing configuration, security, and system maintenance.
  • •Configure and maintain Salesforce declarative features such as custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, flows, page layouts, and permission sets.
  • •Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, analytics tools, and data visualizations.
  • •Support integrations between Salesforce and other business systems using APIs, middleware, or native connectors.
  • •Manage Salesforce releases, testing, and deployment of new features, including operational support to troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce product issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business/IT/Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • •2–4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar CRM-focused role.
  • •Salesforce Administrator Certification (Salesforce Certified Administrator).
  • •Strong understanding of Consumer Goods Cloud and Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • •Experience supporting business applications, and ability to understand and map business processes to functional and technical specifications.
