Key Responsibilities

  • •Support, further develop, and document the SAP-HCM landscape for Thales Germany.
  • •Analyze and optimize HR processes within the SAP HCM environment.
  • •Serve as the central point of contact for business areas regarding requirements and SAP-HCM error support.
  • •Analyze and independently fix issues in the SAP standard, and represent complex requirements to an international steering group.
  • •Coordinate interface and data transfer implementation with developer teams; plan, coordinate, and support user tests for changes, new implementations, and system upgrades.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed studies in computer science, an apprenticeship as a specialist for computer science (Fachinformatiker), or a comparable qualification.
  • •Several years of professional experience in the SAP-HCM environment.
  • •Strong knowledge of Payroll, time management (Zeitwirtschaft), personnel administration, and organizational management.
  • •Experience analyzing and optimizing HR processes and implementing requirements in SAP HCM.
  • •Fluent German and very good English skills in speech and writing.
