The role leads compute operations for the Americas Hub within the IT Operations team, managing day-to-day compute services and infrastructure, upgrades, and incident/problem resolution across a large enterprise IT environment. You’ll work with hardware and virtualization platforms, scripting for automation, and coordinate with vendors to maintain service levels and disaster recovery readiness.
