•Know VIP activations and offerings and communicate them to Headliners
•Share general festival information such as show hours, stage names, key artists, and locations of medic tent, ATM, and water station
•Assist with VIP area setup before doors open and keep the workspace clean and organized
•Adapt to a diverse set of creative tasks and help excite Headliners about activations

Travel: High travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16.9 - 18 hourly

Key Requirements

•Knowledge of all VIP activations and offerings, and ability to communicate about them enthusiastically and informatively
•Experience with large-scale events exceeding 5,000 attendees
•Proactive, creative problem-solving and ability to “think on your feet”
•Ability to work long hours, weekends, and travel as needed
•Personable, enthusiastic, and able to work well in group environments
