Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the development and execution of the networking infrastructure product roadmap focused on scalability, reliability, and performance for GPU cluster environments.
  • •Drive the design and implementation of network solutions optimized for HPC and GPU-based applications.
  • •Partner with hardware and software engineering teams to ensure network architectures meet GPU cluster requirements for high-throughput, low-latency transfers.
  • •Conduct market and customer analysis to identify networking needs and translate insights into product features and improvements.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally and manage vendor/partner relationships, budgets, and resources to support product launches and ongoing success.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in network product management or a related technical leadership role.
  • •Deep understanding of networking systems and technologies such as Ethernet, TCP/IP, RDMA, InfiniBand, SDN, NICs, DPUs, and switches.
  • •Experience defining, developing, or deploying high-performance networks for AI clusters, accelerated computing, or large-scale cloud infrastructure.
  • •Strong knowledge of networking challenges for AI/ML workloads, including data transfer speeds, congestion, and latency.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
