Job Summary

Oversee day-to-day distribution operations at the Missouri City facility, including receipt, storage, movement, and delivery of manufacturing materials, supplies, and parcels. Maintain inventory records, direct outbound shipments, develop shipping schedules, and conduct performance reviews for distribution associates. Ensure warehouse organization, safety compliance (including OSHA), proper stock rotation, and accurate reporting through physical inventories and cycle counts.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide direct daily supervision of distribution associates to ensure safe, clean, and efficient warehouse operations.
•Develop and implement shipping work schedules and assignments; direct and supervise outbound shipments to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
•Coach and motivate employees, complete performance reviews, and apply communication and motivational techniques.
•Ensure safety procedures and policies are followed and operate in compliance with OSHA and other standards.
•Maintain accurate records and reports, ensure proper stock rotation, and assist with physical inventories and cycle counts.

Key Requirements

•5 years of experience, including 1+ year leadership responsibility.
•College degree preferred.
•Trainer certification is a plus.
•Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
•Demonstrated skills in leadership, organization, and communication, with understanding of warehousing operations.
