Staff Industrial Engineer to optimize Anduril’s warehousing and material flow for high-rate production, collaborating across Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Business Operations. You’ll own metrics, identify bottlenecks, conduct time studies, and develop data-driven processes across multiple sites to achieve best-in-class efficiency and asset utilization in a fast-paced, hardware-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Cross-programly drive manufacturing readiness from development to full-rate production, scaling best-in-class warehouse solutions across multiple sites.
•Identify bottlenecks in inventory processes, line layouts, parts shortages, and staffing to drive resolution with owners across Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, and Quality.
•Own production-line health metrics (cycle time, throughput, capacity, utilization, non-conformities, inventory accuracy) and deliver actionable insights.
•Conduct time studies of current and developing processes to improve warehouse and operations efficiency.
•Develop workplans for highly variable demands across sites and translate reports into actionable tasks for warehouse operations.

•Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
•Relocation onsite to Costa Mesa, CA if not local.
