Job Summary

Maintain the health and performance of deployed air defense systems by identifying, triaging, troubleshooting, and escalating incidents. Perform root-cause analysis and trend reporting from incident and sustainment data to support corrective actions by product engineering teams. Use analysis and decision-support to inform cross-functional stakeholders across mission operations, technical operations, deployment operations, and fleet sustainment, while executing projects to improve scalability of sustainment processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify, triage, troubleshoot, and escalate incidents affecting the health and performance of deployed air defense assets.
•Initiate root-cause analysis of incidents and produce trend analyses to support RCCA by product engineering teams.
•Identify, record, analyze, and communicate incident and sustainment data trends to support cross-functional decision-making.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to sustain and modernize the deployed fleet via hardware and software maintenance and upgrades.
•Execute project work to enhance the scalability of fleet sustainment processes and infrastructure.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience in government, military, defense, consulting, or manufacturing sectors.
•Ability to self-start and achieve results across multiple domains.
•Coordinate technical and non-technical efforts across business, engineering, and sustainment functions to influence decisions and planning.
•Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills.
•Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance, with willingness to work non-standard hours and weekends as needed.
