Job Summary

Oversee performance across HSBC's International Wealth and Premier Banking (IWPB), driving improvement initiatives, resource and cost management, and strategic execution. Plan and implement integrated streamlining projects to optimize multi-channel revenue, act as the channel gatekeeper for product streams, provide P&L oversight, coordinate growth initiatives with product/channel owners, and develop high-quality strategic plans and stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan and implement integrated streamlining projects to optimize multi-channel revenue, maximize cost-saving opportunities, and enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
•Act as the channel gatekeeper for all products/channels streamlining products and ensure capabilities/tools are timely delivered.
•Provide oversight on P&L performances, with insightful strategic analysis and directions across IWPB.
•Manage and coordinate strategies and growth initiatives by working with product and channel owners to determine key initiatives and coordinate implementation/governance to achieve them.
•Monitor high-quality strategic plans including development of presentations, business plans, targets, and scorecards.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
•Retail banking & wealth management experience with strong communication, project management, and strategic planning to support business growth
•Proven track record in leading and managing change in a continually evolving organization
•Excellent English language skills with strong commercial orientation
•Proactive and independent, displaying creativity and lateral thinking
