Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer, configure, and support Avigilon Control Center (ACC) video management systems.
  • •Install, maintain, and troubleshoot Avigilon cameras, NVRs, encoders, and related video infrastructure.
  • •Support and maintain Avigilon Alta Access or Avigilon ACM systems, including access control hardware configuration and credential/security policy management.
  • •Monitor enterprise security platform health/performance, respond to incidents/outages, and perform root-cause analysis with corrective actions.
  • •Collaborate on network connectivity (VLANs, bandwidth planning), PoE/infrastructure troubleshooting, deployments, documentation, and system acceptance testing/commissioning.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Security Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •10+ years of experience supporting enterprise physical security systems.
  • •Hands-on experience with Avigilon Control Center (ACC), Avigilon cameras and NVR appliances, and Avigilon Access Control Manager (ACM) and/or Alta Access.
  • •Strong knowledge of IP networking, video surveillance systems, access control technologies, and security system integrations.
  • •Experience troubleshooting physical security hardware and software.
