Job Summary

Build and grow profitable, long-term relationships with HSBC’s priority Scandinavia clients, with a focus on UHNW individuals and Single Family Offices. Use your established Scandinavian business network to originate substantial new-to-bank opportunities, engage decision-makers, and connect clients with HSBC’s full capabilities. Coordinate corporate and private banking collaboration, support client relationship development with consent, and help organize marketing and networking events to strengthen HSBC’s presence.

Key Responsibilities

•Socialise within local and regional business networks to identify, connect, and refer opportunities to the Private Bank.
•Provide references to HSBC’s local and international capabilities across Lines of Business, including the Private Bank.
•Partner with local and regional HBCE corporate banking teams to review portfolios and identify banking needs for UHNWI owners and executives, connecting them with the Private Bank.
•Organise Private Bank marketing and networking events (including with Corporate Banking) to represent HSBC capabilities in local and regional business communities.
•Support Private Bank relationship managers with contact-keeping and strategic development discussions with clients, following documented consent and applicable cross-border parameters.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: SEK 1,157,300 - 1,735,900

Key Requirements

•Demonstrated relationship management experience in private/investment banking or wider financial services, including originating and serving Scandinavian-based UHNW families and family offices.
•Proven track record in asset gathering, growth, and revenue generation.
•Strong commercial acumen with C-level negotiation capability.
•Excellent client-facing communication, listening, and problem-solving skills to act as a trusted adviser.
•Solid knowledge of international banking solutions, wealth structuring and succession planning, including legal and tax implications.
