Define and lead the AI product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Clover-wide AI solutions, scaling generative AI commerce capabilities across the ecosystem. Own end-to-end product management from concept through launch and optimization, partnering with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Risk, and Customer Success. Lead secure, multi-agent AI workflows and predictive intelligence (e.g., churn and recommendations) to drive merchant retention, growth, and revenue expansion.
