  • •Oversee development of AI tools and infrastructure to enable internal product teams to deliver smarter, automated, personalized merchant experiences.
  • •Lead end-to-end AI product management from concept through launch and continuous optimization.
  • •Design and scale agentic AI workflows and predictive intelligence engines (e.g., churn prediction and personalized recommendations).
  • •Lead cross-functional AI initiatives, partnering with Data Science, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders to tie work to business outcomes and commercialization strategy.
