Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and validate daily FX processing and expense report interface jobs, resolving un-synced records to maintain consistency across systems.
  • •Diagnose sync errors in the SAP SuccessFactors to finance systems data feed and restore alignment between HR and financial records.
  • •Create and maintain supplier master data in SAP ByDesign, and set up General Ledger accounts and finance records in Tagetik to support reporting.
  • •Execute period open/close procedures and support month-end close activities by coordinating with Finance and issuing SAP Analytics Cloud timesheet reminders.
  • •Act as the first point of contact for system issues, managing support tickets with the SAP partner and tracking issues through resolution while communicating impact to Finance and internal stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • •2-3 years of experience as a Financial Systems Analyst, ERP/Business Systems Analyst, or Finance Operations role; fintech experience is a plus.
  • •Solid accounting knowledge (chart of accounts, GL structure, month-end close, master data) with hands-on SAP or other cloud ERP experience.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot systems, reconcile data, and monitor interface/integration jobs (comfortable working with logs, error queues, and support tickets).
  • •Working knowledge of SQL and Excel automation; scripting (e.g., Python) is a strong plus, plus ticketing/ITSM tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow) and SAP Analytics Cloud/Tagetik/Wrike familiarity are advantageous.
