Assistant Store Manager - Wesfield Chodov

Support the Store Manager and step in during absences while leading day-to-day store operations. You’ll drive sales planning and analysis, maintain quality and performance metrics (e.g., UPT, CR, KPI monitoring), and manage and motivate the team to improve results. The role also focuses on delivering excellent customer service and ensuring the store’s visual standards are consistently met. Responsibilities include communication with leadership in English.
