Key Responsibilities

  • •Tackle design problems and expand Ashby’s in-house design system, providing design-driven engineering solutions.
  • •Redesign mobile web app by engaging with customers, wireframing new flows, and implementing the design system to realize wireframes.
  • •Build flexible, composable components in the design system to support custom autocompletes with filters and create-new-record options.
  • •Improve information hierarchy and scannability for viewing candidate assessments to help recruiters quickly extract insights.
  • •Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to ship features end-to-end and mentor teammates on design-driven engineering practices

Key Requirements
