Key Responsibilities

  • •Repair electro-mechanical issues and perform diagnostics with confidence.
  • •Train and assist Associate Service Technicians and Service Technicians with HV systems, powertrains, and repair procedures.
  • •Maintain high knowledge level of HV, LV, and general EV systems; act as SME in 1–2 major repair categories.
  • •Document repair procedures accurately and follow The Three C’s repair order process.
  • •Communicate effectively with service team and customers; support remote/mobile service as needed

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience as a Service Technician or Diagnosis Technician.
  • •ASE Certifications (A4, A5, A6, A7, A8, L3, L4-ADAS) - (Required)
  • •Prior experience diagnosing and repairing High Voltage (HV) systems, Low Voltage (LV) systems, and Electric Vehicle powertrains
  • •Experience in luxury automobile repair environments; customer facing with excellent written and verbal communication
  • •EPA 609 Certification; valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year; willing to complete Lucid CPR training after hire
