Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Multi-Skilled Technician E&I with day-to-day maintenance duties.
  • •Track and list materials used in coordination with the Multi-Skilled Technician E&I and Maintenance Engineer.
  • •Fabricate, weld, overhaul, repair, or fit machinery, plant, pumps, valves, and pipework as directed.
  • •Perform preventive maintenance checks and advise when equipment is unsafe or needs maintenance.
  • •Take over day-to-day maintenance responsibilities in the absence of the Multi-Skilled Technician E&I; work safely on terminals/berth 51 and support emergency response and information security responsibilities.

Key Requirements

  • •NCTVT certificate.
  • •Good all-round fitting and fabrication skills.
  • •Fully aware of operations in a chemical storage terminal.
  • •Able to perform preventive maintenance checks and advise on unsafe equipment or maintenance needs.
  • •Familiarity with safe, efficient work practices per EHS procedures.
