Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive, pay out cash, handle negotiable items, and process loan payments, deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
  • •Set up, close, and balance the teller station and assist with balancing vault, ATM, night drop, and coin machine as assigned.
  • •Maintain a neat and well-stocked teller area and record sales of monetary instruments.
  • •Cross-sell bank products and services while following established limits to protect customer accounts and bank safety and soundness.
  • •Complete required BSA/AML and other compliance training and assist with scanning bank documents and proof work.

Key Requirements

  • •Must have a high school diploma or GED.
  • •Must have 12 to 18 months of related experience and/or training.
  • •Ability to effectively communicate with customers, clients, and other employees in person-to-person and small group situations.
  • •Must have basic math skills and be able to use 10-key.
