•Lead and coach a store team of Assistant Store Manager, Sales Leads and Sales Associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
•Drive store performance by exceeding individual and store goals, building genuine connections with Pandora fans and ensuring strong brand loyalty.
•Collaborate with Divisional Sales Manager and HR to identify performance issues and ensure policy adherence while maintaining a high-performance culture.
•Ensure visual merchandising directives are implemented timely and operational processes run efficiently to support business needs.
•Develop talent through recruiting, succession planning, and internal mobility to bring the best talent into Pandora across seasonal and core hiring.
