Job Summary

Own the strategy and execution of trade operations automation and data programs across Import, Export, and Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) operations. Build trade KPIs, scorecards, and executive dashboards, and drive automation for validations and controls with IT and external partners. Provide analytics oversight, root-cause analysis, and audit-ready documentation, while leading the Trade Analytics team and supporting CTPAT governance.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the enterprise trade data strategy across Import, Export, and FTZ operations, including KPIs, scorecards, executive dashboards, and reporting governance.
•Lead automation initiatives for dashboards, validations, exception logic, and controls, partnering with IT and external providers for system and post-deployment validation.
•Provide analytical oversight for trade transactions, directing root-cause analysis for exceptions and systemic process gaps.
•Own analytics components of audit readiness, maintaining SOPs, process flows, metrics frameworks, and supporting internal/external audits.
•Manage and develop the Trade Analytics team and set goals, priorities, and expectations for deliverables and stakeholder engagement.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree required.
•7–12+ years of experience in global trade operations, analytics, automation, or program management.
•Strong experience building dashboards, KPIs, and working with large data sets.
•Demonstrated experience with trade systems, UAT, and automation initiatives.
•Prior people management experience.
