Key Responsibilities

  • •Architectural Ownership: Take end-to-end ownership of highly visible projects from ideation to production release, including feature scoping, timeline estimation, architecture design, and benchmarking new technologies.
  • •Pipeline Engineering: Build and maintain quality data and ML pipelines to align with evolving business and ML needs; optimize training pipelines for performance, memory efficiency, and cost.
  • •Data Scientists Enablement: Provide reusable, well-tested pipeline components and review contributions to shared code; extend dataset capabilities and scale training data volumes.
  • •Deep Learning Development: Contribute to GPU workload orchestration, custom PyTorch training loops, and model architecture support.
  • •ML Lifecycle & Reproducibility: Maintain versioned configs, experiment tracking, and online-offline consistency tooling.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience as an ML Engineer or similar role
  • •End-to-End ML ownership: problem framing, baselines, experimentation, deployment, and iteration
  • •Python proficiency for ML pipelines (preprocessing, training/evaluation workflows, experiment utilities, reproducible configs)
  • •Experience with training mechanics and data loading patterns for ML pipelines
  • •ML frameworks: scikit-learn, LightGBM, PyTorch; cloud/infrastructure experience with AWS
