Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive the data science roadmap aligned with business and digital transformation goals.
  • •Develop and deliver end-to-end AI/ML models, including predictive modeling and time-series forecasting.
  • •Build scalable data pipelines and model training workflows using SAP and cloud-native tools, translating business problems into analytical frameworks.
  • •Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams to ensure data integration and model consumption across data lakes/cloud platforms.
  • •Lead people enablement activities such as knowledge-sharing sessions and contributing to internal data science communities, while monitoring model performance and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, data science, statistics, or a related quantitative field.
  • •10–12 years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, or applied machine learning roles, including leading end-to-end projects in enterprise environments.
  • •Proven end-to-end data science delivery with excellent programming skills in Python, R, and SQL.
  • •Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and SAP HANA data models, including modules like MM, SD, FI, and BW, plus SAP data extraction using CDS Views, OData, RFCs, or SAP Data Services.
  • •Leadership experience (3–4 years) leading a team on data science/advanced analytics, ideally within a GCC setup.
