Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and implement high-performance, scalable, resilient backend services and APIs (REST, gRPC) for data products and AI platforms.
  • •Optimize backend services for speed, scalability, and stability while handling large volumes of data and traffic.
  • •Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting, and perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, and debugging.
  • •Perform code reviews and ensure security best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines are followed.
  • •Develop unit, integration, and end-to-end tests, maintain technical documentation, and participate in agile development activities (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of professional experience in backend software development.
  • •Strong proficiency in Python and ability to write clean, maintainable code using best practices.
  • •Extensive experience designing and building RESTful APIs (and working with high-performance backend services).
  • •Solid understanding of databases, including both relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., Neo4j, MongoDB).
  • •Experience with cloud-native development and containerization/orchestration, including GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes (Kafka/RabbitMQ/SQS/SNS is a plus).
