Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage in sales handover and project onboarding, then implement ERP customer solutions that meet design and strategic objectives.
  • •Participate in and lead workshops, prioritize requirements, and identify opportunities for customer success.
  • •Deliver approved customer solutions using applicable templates and coordinate with delivery teams to meet project plans.
  • •Support customer solution reviews and health checks to identify opportunities to expand Unit4 footprint.
  • •Participate in upgrades and cloud migrations, stay current on new technologies and best practices, and share knowledge internally and externally.
