Key Responsibilities

  • •Onboard, activate, and manage members as part of a seamless coaching experience.
  • •Conduct 15-minute and 30-minute virtual coaching sessions via video or phone to engage members and complete the education/motivation/data review within time-boxed windows.
  • •Use AI-powered tools and other resources to support daily member rounding, progress notes, and chats within 24 business hours.
  • •Provide general nutrition and lifestyle education (without individualized therapeutic nutrition) and give feedback on member metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
  • •Follow SOPs for coaching structure, documentation, and escalations; collaborate with clinical providers and team colleagues, including weekend/holiday on-call coverage as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of experience in a metabolic health coaching role or dietitian setting.

  • •Experience managing a high-volume, uncapped caseload or willingness and ability to do so.
