Senior Construction Estimator

Develop and communicate strategic construction budgets and forecasts for Boeing’s Global Real Estate and Facilities stakeholders. Translate program requirements and project scopes into consistent cost assumptions, reporting budget vs. forecast vs. actual performance, and support negotiations through validated estimates and contract bid reviews. Lead post-completion reviews to refine unit rates and estimating practices, run scenario and sensitivity analyses, and maintain forecasting tools, dashboards, and cost libraries to improve accuracy and transparency.
