Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the research and product design efforts for our DEX aggregator, delivering comprehensive PRDs, prototypes, and documentation.
  • •Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including market, operations, UI/UX, R&D, and testing to drive the implementation and launch of the DEX aggregator project.
  • •Manage the entire product life cycle, develop and monitor data analysis indicators, and regularly analyze daily data to derive insights and optimize product performance.
  • •Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap, ensure alignment with business goals, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
  • •Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and launch, balancing user growth, UX, and technical feasibility.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or higher, with 3-5 years of professional product management experience; a background in computer science and communication is preferred.
  • •Demonstrated experience in web3, DeFi, Swap, and Bridge technologies; prior exposure as an experienced user of DeFi ecosystem is highly desirable.
  • •Proficient in English and Chinese, with effective communication skills for interacting with overseas colleagues and users in both languages.
  • •Strong ownership mentality and effective project management skills.
