Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop a deep understanding of employees, managers, and People practitioners, translating key needs into a focused product roadmap.
  • •Own products end to end, from problem discovery and strategy through delivery, adoption, measurement, and iteration.
  • •Design coherent experiences that connect fragmented data, knowledge, workflows, and systems.
  • •Partner closely with People, engineering, data, security, legal, and others to make sound product and architecture tradeoffs.
  • •Develop agentic People products, defining where systems recommend, act, escalate, or defer to accountable human judgment, and use AI-enabled tools across the development lifecycle.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of product management (or equivalent) leading development of software products for internal or external users.
  • •Independently navigate ambiguity to identify underlying user problems and convert broad strategies into focused product roadmaps.
  • •Experience shipping products that connect workflows, data, and multiple systems or teams.
  • •Practical understanding of AI and machine-learning product development, including evaluation, failure modes, privacy considerations, and tradeoffs between probabilistic, deterministic, and human-led approaches.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead across functions and build alignment among stakeholders with different expertise and incentives.
