Business developer (Biznesa attīstības speciālists) in Financing & Loans Tribe

Develop and improve non-life insurance products, business processes, and customer journeys for customers and internal users across the Baltic states. Partner with business and IT colleagues to maintain and enhance insurance solutions, monitor customer feedback, and propose improvements to the customer experience. Provide daily support and guidance to internal users, ensure compliance with insurance regulations, and coordinate with stakeholders, partners, and third parties on initiatives and IT-driven changes.
