Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist customers in selecting adidas merchandise and explain product details, materials, technology, and functionality.
  • •Ensure adidas customer service standards by understanding customer needs and providing product information.
  • •Complete customer sales transactions (cash, credit, debit, etc.).
  • •Maintain store appearance and support merchandise processing and replenishment, including assisting with customer service inquiries.
  • •Support a team environment, follow brand values and sales competencies, and comply with inventory control policies and other store-management duties.

  • •Assist customers with selecting adidas merchandise by providing product, materials, technology, and functionality information.
  • •Uphold adidas customer service standards by listening to customer needs and providing product information when required.
