Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a key liaison between Finance and construction teams across the regional construction portfolio.
  • •Partner with global regional Construction Controllers and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
  • •Attend project meetings to collect real-time views on progress, risks, and opportunities.
  • •Generate and maintain dashboards for construction cost, schedule, cashflow, and risk, ensuring accurate actual and forecast reporting.
  • •Improve capital allocation processes and governance, including approvals and change management, and develop budget walks and lessons learned.

Key Requirements

  • •Proficiency with analytical and data visualization tools, with demonstrated use of AI tools.
  • •Experience overseeing financial expenditure on large capital programs in manufacturing, semiconductor, or high-tech industries.
