Assistant Bank Manager

Lead and coach a team of bankers to achieve sales, service, and operational goals while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Manage day-to-day branch operations, support the Branch/Market Manager, and help customers with transactions, account openings, and financial solutions. Identify and deepen customer relationships through outreach and cross-selling, promote digital banking adoption, and serve as acting branch leader when needed.
