Key Responsibilities

•Architect, maintain, and standardize Zip’s Workday Financials and Procurement integration templates to deliver scalable, repeatable customer implementations.
•Bridge product and field by collaborating with Engineering, Product, and Design to ensure integrations align with core product architecture and customer needs.
•Analyze complex customer implementations to identify reusable data mapping patterns and convert bespoke solutions into standardized internal assets.
•Support pre-sales engineering by designing and vetting integration architectures for prospective customers to enable smooth deployments.
•Define and champion technical solution consulting best practices to raise the technical bar and ensure consistency across all implementations.
