Key Responsibilities

•Use our tech to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track service intervals, order parts, and diagnose issues using data from hundreds of makes/models
•Maintain and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on equipment and tools
•Provide training to lower level technicians as needed
•Maintain paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed (work orders) daily
•Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts

Key Requirements

•Must own tools applicable to position; must have advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools

•Superior customer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skills
•High School diploma or trade school certificate preferred; experience in field service, maintenance and repair preferred
•Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; must be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicle
