Job Summary

Join the Building Structures project delivery team as a project controller accountable for tracking and reporting on cost, schedule and performance from inception through handover. You’ll support Project Directors and Managers with disciplined, corporate-standard reporting to drive strategic decisions on landmark schemes.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide up-to-date cost, schedule and performance information to enable strategic project decisions and support reporting systems.
•Implement and maintain project control procedures and reporting throughout the project life cycle, including cost variance and progress tracking.
•Review actual progress with engineers and the Project Manager, focusing on cost, schedule and productivity metrics.
•Liaise with other departments at meetings to ensure information affecting schedule and cost is continually updated.
•Assist with monthly invoicing processes and ensure alignment of reporting with corporate procedures.

Key Requirements

•Substantial experience in planning, progress measurement, cost control and change management across all project phases from front-end design through to construction.
•Postgraduate qualification in an engineering discipline, project management or advance construction management (or relevant experience/qualification).
•Strong understanding of project documents, conditions, and corporate procedures for measurement and reporting.
