Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Project Manager with up-to-date, relevant information on cost, schedule, and performance and provide associated reports from reporting systems.
  • •Implement project control procedures and reporting requirements, ensuring measurement and reporting align with corporate procedures.
  • •Monitor and analyze costs weekly, track budget vs. reality, and forecast Estimate To Complete month on month.
  • •Review actual progress against planned progress, including resource levels, productivity, performance metrics, and payments, and maintain time and cost trend indicators.
  • •Gather and compare internal/external cost information, predict final project costs in management systems, and support variations/changes by liaising with relevant disciplines; assist with monthly invoicing.

Key Requirements

  • •Postgraduate qualification in an engineering discipline, project management, or advanced construction management (or relevant experience/related qualification).
  • •Working knowledge of engineering, project, and building construction.
  • •Substantial experience in planning, progress measurement, cost control, and change management across all project phases from front-end design through construction completion (process industries).
  • •Strong understanding of planning, progress measurement, cost, and change control.
  • •Proficiency with project management tools and techniques, including Microsoft Office and cost management/reporting systems.
