Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out domestic plumbing repairs, maintenance and installations across occupied and void properties.
  • •Repair leaks, replace sanitary ware, maintain heating and hot water systems, perform fault finding and preventative maintenance.
  • •Work independently and with the wider maintenance team to complete work safely and to a high standard.
  • •Record completed work and materials in electronic job management systems and maintain van stock for first-time fixes.
  • •Complete risk assessments, follow safe systems of work, and participate in a one-week-in-three call-out rota (weekends included).
Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 32,000 - 34,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Qualified plumber with experience in domestic repairs and maintenance.
  • •NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Plumbing.
  • •Previous experience working in domestic plumbing.
  • •Full UK Driving Licence.
  • •Must be eligible to obtain BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) clearance.
