Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and oversee accurate, timely reporting of monthly financial results, KPIs, and legal entity information across reporting tools and systems.
  • •Lead analysis and communications on HOS-Advertising Fixed Costs and support gross margin analysis, variance investigation, and long-range planning.
  • •Build stakeholder relationships by delivering ad-hoc reports and translating complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • •Manage month-end closing and estimation processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with Amadeus Group policies.
  • •Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI, advanced Excel, and AI tools to streamline financial analysis and forecasting.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong background in financial reporting, planning, or business analysis in a multinational or matrixed organization.
  • •Solid understanding of P&L, gross margin analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • •Proven experience developing dashboards and automated reporting using Power BI and advanced Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot).
  • •Comfort using AI-powered tools and exploring new technologies to improve financial processes.
  • •Fluent in English, with strong communication skills to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
