Key Responsibilities

•Accurately prepare daily transactions for trade file processing to meet daily cutoff times.
•Communicate proactively with clients and peers regarding service delivery and client transactions.
•Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
•Provide administrative support for participant statements, contributions, distributions, and reconciliations, including research as needed.
•Ensure plan activity complies with plan documents and applicable regulations, and perform other assigned duties.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or mathematics, or equivalent background/experience.
•Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
•Detail oriented with demonstrated problem-solving skills.
•Strong oral and written communication skills.
•Prior experience with retirement and/or 401(k) plans is preferred (not required).
