Join OpenAI’s Litigation and Regulatory team as an experienced counsel supporting global intellectual property disputes, dispute resolution, and select regulatory matters. You’ll provide legal advice on commercial, copyright, and trademark litigation, oversee outside counsel through discovery, motions, trials, and settlement negotiations, and stay current on evolving laws and industry trends. This cross-functional role works across Legal, Communications, Global Affairs, and Executive teams and reports to the Associate General Counsel.
