Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end full-stack internal tools, from interface to infrastructure, for the engineering apps team.
  • •Build complete features spanning API/MCP design, databases, async workflows/background jobs, and user-friendly UX.
  • •Develop AI-powered functionality using LLM APIs, prompt engineering, agentic solutions, and async pipelines.
  • •Embed with the teams you serve through weekly one-on-ones to capture needs and translate feedback into scoped technical decisions.
  • •Own the engineering voice for internal users, following through from problem discovery to code shipped and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements
