Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead FP&A and Commercial Finance teams to drive growth, operational efficiency, and profitability.
  • •Own annual budgeting, long-range planning, and quarterly forecasting, including managing Agoda’s full P&L.
  • •Run the monthly financial review process and board content creation, translating results into business performance storytelling.
  • •Partner with cross-functional leaders on business case development, scenario modeling, and KPI/dashboard creation.
  • •Manage recurring and ad hoc requests from leadership and Booking Holdings, and ensure adherence with auditors, regulators, and risk/compliance stakeholders.

  • •12+ years of related professional experience with FP&A experience required.
  • •8+ years in a management position.
  • •Bachelor’s degree from a competitive program; MBA is a plus.
