Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2 years of demonstrated professional HR experience, ideally as an HR generalist, HR advisory, or HR Business Partner.
  • •Build effective relationships and provide consultancy and advice to senior business stakeholders to improve services.
  • •Demonstrate business acumen by understanding business strategy, plans, and the impact of internal/external factors in a matrix organization.
  • •Work with large sets of data accurately to develop insights, make decisions, create solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
  • •Help organize and coordinate HR expertise and the business across projects and timelines, including supporting organizational changes and transformation initiatives.
