  • •Lead and support engineering and design for substations, switchyards, and other electrical infrastructure projects.
  • •Perform engineering calculations and develop analytical models for structural steel and concrete design.
  • •Coordinate with Project Engineers/Project Managers on workload forecasts, design schedules, and budgets for civil/structural activities.
  • •Coordinate with civil/structural design teams to direct completion of engineering drawings and multi-discipline deliverables.
  • •Prepare technical reports, presentations, specifications, and contract documents; check and verify peer/group work.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering (or related) plus 4 years of relevant experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •Experience in structural design for overhead and underground transmission and distribution systems.
  • •Experience with substation projects.
  • •Familiarity with civil and structural design aspects for heavy industrial clients.
  • •Preferred: Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification and 6 years of experience.
