Key Responsibilities

  • •Answer inbound customer calls and build rapport through exceptional service
  • •Understand customer needs via active listening and discovery
  • •Educate customers on products, services, promotions, and smart home solutions
  • •Recommend upgrades, add-on products, and service enhancements for additional value
  • •Support customers throughout their move to customize and set up the right smart home solutions

Key Requirements

  • •Be at least 18 years old
  • •Obtain a Burglar Alarm License (provided and paid by Vivint)
  • •Type 40 WPM

  • •Provide work-from-home setup requirements, including a Windows 10+ computer (16GB RAM, dual monitors) and a wired headset with microphone plus required internet speeds
