  • •Identify equipment performance gaps and implement improvements, documenting hardware and process deviations to prevent recurring tool issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Mechatronics, Electronics, or Robotics) and/or 2 years of experience maintaining manufacturing equipment or automation.
  • •Ability to work 12-hour shifts (3 days on/4 days off and 4 days on/3 days off) and transition between day and night shifts every 4 months.
  • •4+ years performing preventative maintenance and repair of industrial machinery with minimal downtime.
  • •4+ years using mechanical, electronic, and PC/software (Windows/Linux) skills to fix and resolve manufacturing equipment issues.
  • •4+ years maintaining manufacturing equipment, automation, and/or technical military experience.
