Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all aspects of Candlelight concerts’ production, including logistics planning, vendor selection, hiring, onsite execution, and post-event wrap-up.
  • •Create production timelines and ensure teams stay on schedule.
  • •Communicate and collaborate with Project Managers and onsite teams to drive alignment and execution.
  • •Optimize production costs and processes when possible.
  • •Handle third-party follow-up (quotes, invoices, and P&L updates), secure permits and insurance requirements, and support administrative tasks including expense reports and contracts.
