Lead Deliveroo’s physical security technology program across EMEA for the Asset Protection and Safety team. Key Responsibilities

•Lead and develop a high-performing team of project managers and technical specialists across EMEA, including coaching, performance management, and career development.
•Own the EMEA physical security technology roadmap with multi-year strategic priorities aligned to business growth, risk posture, and budget.
•Drive portfolio-level delivery across concurrent physical security programs, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and compliant execution.
•Serve as the senior stakeholder interface, translating technical security needs into business cases for regional general managers, legal, data privacy, and finance partners.
•Manage vendor strategy and partnerships, including contract negotiation, partner selection, SLA governance, and performance management.

Key Requirements

•Significant people management experience, leading and developing project managers or technical teams across geographies.
•Strong understanding of physical security technology portfolios, with experience owning multi-country delivery outcomes and strategic direction.
•Deep technical expertise across physical security systems including video surveillance, access control, intrusion detection, and door hardware.
•Proven budget ownership and program management experience, including multi-million-pound budgets and use of portfolio tooling such as Smartsheet, Jira, and Asana.
•Excellent stakeholder management skills, influencing senior leadership and communicating technical and financial trade-offs to non-technical partners.
