Job Summary

Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of plumbing systems, sanitary fixtures, drainage and water supply networks, pumps, and related equipment across residential, commercial, and institutional facilities. Diagnose and repair leaks, clear blocked drains and sewer lines, and support installation and modification of plumbing pipelines and fixtures. Follow HSE and site safety requirements, use PPE, and maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on plumbing and sanitary systems.
•Inspect pipelines, valves, pumps, water tanks, and drainage systems; check water pressure and flow rates.
•Diagnose and repair leaks; repair or replace damaged pipes, fittings, valves, faucets, mixers, flush valves, and sanitary fixtures.
•Clear blocked drains, sewer lines, and sanitary systems; attend work orders and emergency breakdowns.
•Install new plumbing pipelines and fixtures; modify existing systems and assist with renovation and refurbishment projects, while following HSE and maintaining records/work orders.

Key Requirements

•ITI Certificate, Trade Certificate, or equivalent qualification in Plumbing.
•Minimum 3–5 years of experience in building maintenance or Facilities Management.
•Experience maintaining residential towers, commercial buildings, hospitals, hotels, or government facilities.
•Knowledge of domestic water supply systems, drainage, sewage, and sanitary systems.
•Ability to interpret plumbing drawings and schematics.
