Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on plumbing and sanitary systems.
  • •Inspect pipelines, valves, pumps, water tanks, and drainage systems; check water pressure and flow rates.
  • •Diagnose and repair leaks; repair or replace damaged pipes, fittings, valves, faucets, mixers, flush valves, and sanitary fixtures.
  • •Clear blocked drains, sewer lines, and sanitary systems; attend work orders and emergency breakdowns.
  • •Install new plumbing pipelines and fixtures; modify existing systems and assist with renovation and refurbishment projects, while following HSE and maintaining records/work orders.

Key Requirements

  • •ITI Certificate, Trade Certificate, or equivalent qualification in Plumbing.
  • •Minimum 3–5 years of experience in building maintenance or Facilities Management.
  • •Experience maintaining residential towers, commercial buildings, hospitals, hotels, or government facilities.
  • •Knowledge of domestic water supply systems, drainage, sewage, and sanitary systems.
  • •Ability to interpret plumbing drawings and schematics.
