Staff Analyst

Support Boeing Commercial Airplanes’ 787 Final Assembly Ramp team in North Charleston by leading employee-related initiatives, partnering with leaders on organizational goals, and driving staffing and headcount planning for production rate changes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and validate process/product baselines, produce data-driven presentations for tier meetings, and provide administrative support to senior and first-line leadership. Manage agendas, meeting minutes, action items, and sensitive information with discretion.
